Özet
Bu çalısmada demiryollarında balastlı ve balastsız üstyapı özellikleri, birbirlerine olan üstünlükleri, uygulama, bakım ve maliyet açılarından karsılastırmaları yapılmıstır. Örnek bir çalısmada, yapım maliyetlerinin yüksek olmasına karsın, bakım maliyetlerinin göz önünde bulundurulması ile balastsız üstyapının balastlı üstyapıya göre daha az maliyetli oldugu görülmüstür. Balastlı ve balastsız üstyapıda hat rijitligi ve rijitligin yolculuk konforu, bakım maliyetleri ve isletim maliyetlerine etkilerine deginilmistir. Ayrıca balastlı ve balastsız üstyapıların farklı tasarım çesitleri de incelenmistir. Hat rijitligi üzerinde durularak, hat rijitliklerinin dinamik balast gerilmesi, travers aralıgı, dingil yükü, darbe kuvveti, traverse gelen tekerlek yük oranı ve balast çökme miktarı parametrelerine göre degisimi ilgili bagıntılarla ve diyagramlarla irdelenmistir. Tasarlanacak yeni bir hatta, hat rijitligine gereken önemin verilmesi, her hattın kendi özelinde degerlendirilmesi ve optimum çözümün arastırılması isletim esnasındaki sorunları ve maliyetleri azaltacaktır yargısına varılmıstır.
In this study, properties of ballasted and ballastless railway structures, the superiorities of each other, and comparisons regarding cost, maintenance and application are made. In an example study, although it’s construction cost is higher, the maintenance cost for this type of infrastructure designed without ballast is lower when compared to the with ballast. Track stiffness of the structures with and without ballast, stiffness’s effects on railway comfort, maintenance costs and service costs are analyzed. Different design types for ballasted and ballastless track are also studied. With focusing on the track stiffness, track stiffness’s variation with the parameters of dynamic ballast stress, traverse’s interval, axis load, impact force, wheel load ratio on traverse and ballast’s deformation degree are studied with related equations and diagrams. It is the result that For a new track, attaching importance to the track stiffness, examining all the tracks on their own properties, and researching the optimum solution would decrease the problems in the life cycle and cut down the service costs.
