Taşıyıcı Sistemi Betonarme Çerçevelerden Oluşan Mevcut Binaların Deprem Performanslarının Değerlendirilmesi

Abstract

6 adet mevcut betonarme çerçeveli yapının Deprem Bölgelerinde Yapılacak Binalar Hakkında Yönetmelik(DBYBHY), Hızlı Performans Değerlendirme Yöntemi (PERA) ve Riskli Yapıların Tespit Edilmesine İlişkin Esaslar (RYTEİE)kullanılarak yapı performansları hesaplanmaktadır. Elde edilen sonuçlardan yöntemlerin birbirleri ile olan uyumları karşılaştırılmaktadır. Farklı performans limitleri tanımlanarak, bu limitlere göre binaların güvenli olup olmadığı tespit edilmekte ve yöntemlerin DBYBHY ile uyum oranları karşılaştırılmaktadır.

6 existing reinforced concrete framed buildings are used to evaluate their seismic performance with using three different method which is callled as Turkish Seismic Design Code (TSDC), Rapid Performance Assessment Method (PERA) and Code for Determining Seismic Risk of Building (RYTEIE). The adaptation of the methods are compared with each other. The different performance limits are defined to determined the building is safety or not and conformation percentage of the methods are compared with each other to decide more safety one.
