Alüminyum Giydirme Cephe Sistem Seçiminde Uygulama Öncesi Süreç Analizi

Abstract

Alüminyum giydirme cephe sistemleri, tasarımcı, üretici ve mal sahibinin farklı tasarım, üretim, montaj, maliyet ve fonksiyonellik konularında artan talepleri doğrultusunda gelişmektedir. Seçilen giydirme cephe sistemi binanın yapısal özelliklerine uygun olmalı, aynı zamanda kullanıcı, işveren ve tasarımcı taleplerine de cevap verebilmelidir. Giydirme cepheler kullanıcı konfor ihtiyaçlarını karşılamalı değişen dış etkenlere uyumlu olmalıdır. Binadan beklenen performans kriterlerinin sağlanması doğru cephe sisteminin seçilmesiyle gerçekleştirilebilir. Bu noktada en önemli rol cephe danışmanlarına, giydirme cephe üreten ve uygulayan firmalara düşmektedir. Uygun sistem seçimi için ilk olarak giydirme cephe sistemleri tanınmalıdır. Tezde giydirme cephe sistemleri farklı teknik ve görsel özellikler doğrultusunda karşılaştırılmış ve incelenmiştir. Daha sonra alüminyum cephe sistem seçiminde etkili olan kriterler yer almıştır. Cephe seçim analiz aşamaları anlatılmış, fonksiyon etki özellik tabloları oluşturulmuştur.Alüminyum giydirme cephe sistem seçim sürecinde roller arası ilişkiler incelenmiştir. Teklif hazırlama süreci uygun sistem seçiminin temelini oluşturmaktadır. Bu süreçte mimari proje ve yapı inceleme, cephe modülasyonu, statik değerler, sistemler ve detaylar, projelendirme, maliyet analizleri ve teklif dosyası hazırlığına ait aşamalar anlatılmıştır. Amaç, giydirme cephe sistemlerinde, bina verileri doğrultusunda kaliteli, uygun ve doğru seçimi yapmaktır.

Increase of demand for different new design, production, assemblage, cost efficiency, and functionality by designers, producers and consumers has been leading the development of aluminium curtain wall systems. Meeting the needs of consumer, employer, and designer goes hand in hand with compatibility of curtain wall system with building itself. Curtain wall has to fulfil the needs of both consumers and producers as well as be compatible with climatic conditions. The performance of the building will depend on proper selection of systems, which is mostly dependent on the producers and implementers of curtain wall systems. For proper selection of curtain wall system most important issue is the knowledge of systems. With this regard, this theses analysis the curtain wall systems according to their technical performance and visual appearance and accordingly does the classification of systems. Subsequently, steps for selection of curtain wall systems are analyzed and tables of functionality, efficiency, and attributes have been drafted. The process of interaction between employer, designer, and consumer has been analyzed and illustrated through figures. Process of preparation of design is the most important phase for the selection of proper systems. Sequences of this phase as investigation of drawings and construction, modulation of curtain wall, static requirements, systems and details, projecting, and costs analysis have been explained. The aim is to make qualitative, informed and optimal selection of curtain wall systems as per building properties.
