More precisely, it tries to explain its political signifance through a perspective of Neo-Gramsican approach. China has shown a significant economic rise in the last decade. It expanded its military might and political influence over its neighbours. The global political leadership of the U.S. is in decline. This led political thinkers to question whether China can become the next global hegemon. | |
| dc.description.abstract | Bu yüksek lisans tezi, Çin'in "Kuşak ve Yol Projesi" ile ilgilidir. Daha spesifik olmak gerekirse, bu projenin uluslararası siyaset üzerinde yaratacağı olası etkiler, Neo-Gramsci'ci bir yaklaşımla değerlendirilmektedir. Son on yılda Çin hızlı bir ekonomik yükseliş göstermiştir. Askeri gücünü ve komşuları üzerindeki siyasi etki kapasitesini arttırmıştır. Bununla eş zamanlı olarak, Amerika Birleşik Devletleri'nin uluslararası siyaset üzerindeki liderlik gücü zayıflamıştr. Bu durum siyaset düşünürlerini Çin'in uluslararası siyasette yeni lider olup olamayacağını tartışmaya itmiştir. | |
