Metropol Kültürü, Yaşamı Ve Mimarlık

Abstract

Bu çalışmada, metropol yaşamı ve kültürü, mimarlık yönünden değerli görülen birkaç sinema filmi bağlamında incelenmiş, modernleşme, endüstrileşme, kent kültürünün oluşumu, toplumsallaşma, insan ve makine yakınlaşması gibi metropolde sonuçları gözlenen olgular araştırılmıştır. Geçen yüzyıl başında ve günümüzde olmak üzere iki farklı zaman sürecinde metropolü etkileyen olgular bulunmaya çalışılmıştır. Sonuçlar ise kent topolojisi ve topoğrafyası, kamusal alanların oluşumu, mekanın biçimsel ve içerik olarak geçirmekte olduğu evrim gibi çoğunlukla kentte biçime yansıyan yönleriyle ele alınmıştır.

In this study, metropolitan life and culture is observed in the context of Movies that are thought to be significant for architectural studies and the facts that have effects on the topography of the city such as modernization, industrialization, the forming of metropolitan culture, socialization, man-machine relationship are examined. These facts are searched in two different time periods; one in the beginning of the previous century, the other is in actual conditions.
