Abstract

Telekomünikasyon alanındaki teknolojik gelişmelerin ve buna bağlı olarak iş yaşamındaki değişimlerin, iş istasyonlarına uyumu için, yeni gereksinmelerin ve kullanıcı olan insanın fizyolojik ve psikolojik ihtiyaçlarının tespiti, iş istasyonu düzenlemelerinde ergonomik açıdan dikkat edilmesi gereken hususların belirlenmesi bu araştırmanın konusunu oluşturmaktadır. Ofis binalarında eylem alanlarının kullanıcısı olan insan faktörü ele alınmış, kullanıcı gereksinmeleri ve konfor şartları incelenmiştir. Bir mekanda bulunması gereken minimum düzeydeki nitelikleri belirleyen gereksinmelerin karşılanamaması durumunda karşılaşılmakta olan problemler irdelenmiştir.

The main objective of this thesis has been to specify the design principles of the workstations, or in other words work units, appropriate to the new business-life and working conditions. For the integration of the changes in the communication technologies and as a result of this the changes in the working conditions and habits to the the workstations, the determination of the new requırements, the physiological and psychological demands of the occupants, and also the factors which has to be cared for in order to improve an ergonomic approach to the workstation designs are the most important subjects of this thesis. are the most important subjects of this thesis.
