Kuyruk Teorisinin İstanbul Boğazı Tanker Ve Gemi Geçişleri İle Haydarpaşa Konteyner Terminaline Uygulanması

Abstract

Bu çalışmada kuyruk teorisi incelenmiş ve deniz ulaşımı ve işletmeciliği alanıyla ilgili olarak iki uygulama yapılmıştır. İstanbul Boğazından tankerler ve diğer gemilerin geçişi tek servis kanallı model için örneklenmiştir. Ulaşılan sonuçlar ışığında İstanbul Boğazında yoğun bir tanker trafiği olduğu ve geçiş yapan tanker sayısının arttığı görülmüştür. Boğazlardan tanker geçişini düzenleyen mevcut tüzüğe göre boğazdan bir tanker geçiş yaparken bir başka tanker boğaza giremez. Boğazın tanker geçiş kapasitesini arttırmak için gerekli teknik altyapı çalışmalarının yapılıp aynı anda boğazda birden fazla tankerin güvenli geçiş yapabilmesinin sağlanması ve tüzüğün buna göre düzenlenmesi gerektiği sonucuna ulaşılmıştır. Haydarpaşa Limanındaki konteyner gemisi trafiği ise çok servis kanallı model için örneklenmiş ve limanın kapasite kullanım oranının düşük olduğu görülmüştür.In this study, the queueing theory has been examined and two applications have been carried out concerning the marine transport and management. The passing of tanks and other ships through İstanbul Strait has been exemplified for the model of mono-service channel. In the light of the obtained results, it is observed that there is dense tank traffic in the strait and the number of tanks passing through the strait has increased. According to the present regulations concerning the tank passages through the straits, a tank is not allowed to enter the strait while another tank is passing through. It is inferred that after necessary technical equipment studies have been made, the passage of more than one tank at the same time should be provided and the present regulations should be organized according to this application. The container ship traffic in Haydarpaşa Port has been exemplified for the model of multi-service channel and it is found that the capacity usage of the port is low.
