Yönetim Organizasyonundaki Değişimlerin Büro Binalarının Tasarımına Etkisi

Abstract

Bu çalışmada, teknolojik ve organizasyonel değişimlerin çalışma mekanları ve büro binalarının tasarımına olan etkileri incelenmiştir. Günümüzde bilgi ve iletişim teknolojisindeki gelişmeler, iş yaşamındaki değişimin arkasındaki itici güç olmuştur. İnternet erişimi, kompleks yazılım sistemleri, mobilite kavramı…vb, çalışma saatleri ve çalışma alanları arasındaki ilişkiyi yeniden tanımlamıştır. Çalışma sistemlerinin değişimi yönetim organizasyonlarındaki değişimi zorunlu kılmış, tüm bunlar çalışma mekanlarını içinde barındıran büro binalarında farklı tasarım kriterlerinin ortaya konmasına neden olmuştur. Tez çalışmasının amacı; gelişen teknolojiler doğrultusunda değişen yönetim organizasyonlarına bağlı olarak, büro binalarının tasarlanmasında dikkate alınması gereken sorunların irdelenmesi olarak saptanmıştır. Bu inceleme-irdeleme süreci içinde; eski geleneksel büro anlayışı ile yeni çağdaş büro konseptinin karşılaştırılması ve otelleme, telebüro, ev-ofis (homeoffice), sanal büro gibi yöntemlerin avantaj ve dezavantajlarının ortaya konulması da hedeflenmiştir.

In this study, impact of technological and organizational changes on the design of working spaces and office buildings has been determined. Developments in information and communication technology is the driving force behind the changes in working life. Internet access, complex software systems, mobility concept…etc, has redefined the relation between working hours and working space. Change of working system has obligated change in management organizations. All of these factors caused new and different design parameters of the office buildings which includes working spaces. The aim of this thesis; is to point out the design parameters in office buildings according to the changes in management organizations dictated by the technological improvements. In this research period; both of the comparance of the traditional design approach and the contemporary office design concept and also the determination of the advantages and the disadvantages of the methods such as hotelling, tele-office, homeoffice and virtual office has been purposed.
