Bu iliski Ömerli içme Suyu Havzası’nda analiz edilmistir. İstanbul Metropoliten Alanı ve etki alanı içerisindeki su kaynaklarının korunmasına yönelik havzalarda yapılasmanın, plansız kentlesmenin ve beraberinde getirdigi olumsuz etkilerinin azaltılması, bu alanlarda yasayan nüfusun ve gayrimenkul sektöründeki yükselis egiliminin, ortaya çıkardıgı degisimin mülkiyet dokusunu nasıl sekillendirdigini incelemektedir. | |
| dc.description.abstract | This research explains the relation between the mobility and ownership at the real estate sector that has strategic importance regarding Istanbul. This relation has been analyzed in Ömerli Drinking Water Basin. It treatises how the negative effects of the housing in reservoirs areas oriented to protection of the water resources in Istanbul Metropolitan Area and Effect Area and how increasing trend at the housing sector that has been arisen from this conversion, shapes the ownership structure. | |
