Dempster Shafer Teorisi Kullanılarak Tedarikçi Seçimi Uzman Sistemi Uygulaması

Abstract

Bu çalışmada, Çok Kriterli Karar Verme araçlarından Analitik Hiyerarşi Proses (AHP) yöntemi ile Dempster-Shafer (DS) teorisinin olasılık birleştirme kuralı kullanılarak Tedarikçi Seçimi problemi üzerinde uygulaması yapılmıştır. DS/AHP yöntemi geleneksel AHP yönteminde oluşan yüksek kriter sayısı ve alternatif sayılarını ve bunlardan doğan işlem sayılarını azaltmıştır. Tabii ki bu yöntemin elde uygulanarak çözümü uzun ve zahmet verici olabilir. Bundan dolayı karar vericiye yardımcı olmak amacıyla karar problemine öneriler üreten bir uzman sistem programı oluşturulmuştur.Bu uzman sistem değerlendirme tabanlı problemlere cevap vermektedir. Bu uzman sistemin uygulama alanı olarak da Tedarikçi Seçimi probleminin seçilmesi bu problem alanında alternatif ve kriter sayılarının yüksek seviyelere ulaşmasındandır. Literatürde kullanılan yöntemler arasında hız , sağladığı alternatifler ve de eldeki belirsizliği azaltması açısından önemli bir yerdedir.

In this work , by using the combination of one of the most popular Multi-Criteria Decision Making tool; Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) and the DS rule of combination , an application constructed on Supplier Selection problem area. The DS/AHP method increases the huge number of criteria, alternatives and the calculations occurred on them, when compared with the Traditional AHP method. The calculations of this method would be tiring if they were calculated manually. Thus, an expert system prototype, which produces groups of suggestions to support the decision maker, is constructed. This prototype works on evaluation based problems. The knowledge base is this binary evaluations. The main reason of The Supplier Selection problem is selected as application area is , reaching of its alternatives and criteria to huge numbers. In the literature, this method get a good place by its response time, the alternatives that give and to decrease the ambiguity.
