| dc.description.abstract | Bu çalışmanın amacı Marmara Depremi sonrası konut üretim sürecini ortaya koymak, farklı aktörler tarafından üretilen kalıcı konutları planlama, tasarım, uygulama ve kullanım başlıklarıyla incelemek ve bir kullanıcı memnuniyeti araştırması ile üretilen konutları değerlendirmektir. Bu süreçte ayrıca özel girişimlerle kullanıcı katılımı ile yapılan örneklere yer verilmekte, üretilen konutlar kullanıcılar ve üreticiler ile yapılan kişisel görüşmeler ile değerlendirilmektedir. Kalıcı konutlar ele alınırken yalnızca Marmara Depremi sonrası üretilen konutlar incelenmemiş, farklı ülkelerden örneklerle deprem sonrası yerleşim planlamaları araştırılmış, konut ölçeğindeki çalışmalara yer verilmiştir. Ayrıca, Marmara Depremi öncesinde yaşanan depremlerden sonra uygulanan konut üretimleri ele alınmış, böylece 1999 öncesinde Türkiye’nin deprem konutuna yaklaşım konusunda bulunduğu nokta belirlenmeye çalışılmıştır. Bu çalışmanın bundan sonra üretilecek çevrelerin tasarımına veri oluşturması hedeflenmektedir. | tr_TR |
| dc.description.abstract | The aim of this study is to analyze the construction period after the Marmara Earthquake, to identify the constructions by different actors under the headings planning, application and usage, and to evaluate the constructed permanent housing via post occupancy evaluation. Also, the examples of the housings constructed with contributions of the occupants at the design stage is given. The evaluation of the providers and the occupants for the housing are stated after one-to-one interviews. In this work, not only the buildings constructed after the Marmara Earthquake are going to be evaluated, but also examples of after earthquake settlements in different countries are analyzed as well, and the studies at dwelling scale are provided. Also the post-earthquake settlements prior to Marmara Earthquake are examined, and Turkey’s approach towards earthquake constructions before 1999 is signified. This study is expected to provide valuable data for the design of future settlements. | en_US |
