Özet
Bu çalışmada, bir şirketin yenilik düzeyine etki eden koşulların tespit edilmesi, Türk firmalarının yenilikçiliği üzerinde bu koşulların nasıl etkili olduğunun bulunması ve firmalarının yenilik stratejisinde başarılı olabilmesi için bu koşullara yönelik sonuçlara ve önerilere ulaşılması” amaçlanmıştır. Literatür araştırmaları ile desteklenerek yenilikçilik etki modeli kurulmuştur. Kurulan modelin işletilebilmesi için Türk firmalarına yönelik bir anket hazırlanmış ve veriler toplanmıştır. Toplanan veriler sosyal bilimlere yönelik araştırmalarda kullanılan istatistiksel aşamalardan geçirilerek somut yorumlanabilir bilgilere dönüştürülmüştür. Veriler, tanımlayıcı istatistikleri hesaplandıktan sonra normallik testi ve güvenilirlik (cronbach alfası) testlerinden geçirilmiştir. Bu aşamadan sonra, bu ana bileşenler arasındaki korelasyonlara ve regresyonlara bakılarak istatistiksel analiz kısmı tamamlanmıştır. İstatistiksel analizden çıkan sonuçlar, Türk firmalarının yenilikçilik düzeyini etkileyen en önemli kriterlerin belirlenmesini sağlamış, ortaya konulan modelin literatürde de desteklenen sonuçlarına ulaşmıştır.
In this study; it is mainly aimed to determine all the effective conditions during innovation period of a firm and to find out how these conditions are effective during innovation period of mainly Turkish companies. In addition; it is targetted to reach on results and suggestions in relavent with these conditions in reaching the main goal by Turkish companies during innovation strategy. The efficacy model supported by literature re-searches have been established. In order to operate the system successfully; a company oriented survey has been prepared and all related datas are collected accordingly. The received datas have been statistically analysed and calculated as crude facts. After calculating the descriptive statistical datas; the normalize and data reliability (cronbach alpha) tests have been done. Following this stage; the statistically analysis procedure have been completed due to the corelation and regretion degrees in the received main consents. According to the derived statistical analysis results; it is reached to the main facts supported by relevant literature of the model that is discussed in determining the most important valuation criterias effective in the innovation level of Turkish companies.
