| dc.description.abstract | Bu çalışmada, genişletilmiş grafit levha takviyeli yüksek yoğunluklu polietilen nanokompozitlerinin çekme mukavemeti, Young modülü ve % uzama değerleri incelenmiştir. Grafitin iki farklı boyutu, EG5 (5 mikrometre) ve EG50 (50 mikrometre) kullanılmıştır. Kütlesel grafit katkı oranı %40'a kadar genişletilmiş grafit içeren polimer nanokompozitler, matris ve grafit nano dolgunun "Brabender Plasticorder” cihazında karıştırılmasıyla hazırlanmıştır. EG5/HDPE nanokompozitleri için çekme mukavemetindeki artışın EG50/HDPE nanokompozitlere göre daha fazla olduğu belirlenmiştir. | tr_TR |
| dc.description.abstract | Tensile stress, Young modulus and % strain of expanded graphite/high density polyethylene nanocomposites were investigated in this study. Two different size of graphite, EG5 (5 micrometer) and EG50 (50 micrometer) were uscd. Nanocomposites containing up to 40 % weight fraction of expanded graphite filler material were prepared by mixing them in a Brabender Plasticorder. The increase in tensile stress was more pronounced for EG5/HDPE nanocomposites than EG50/HDPE nanocomposites. | en_US |
