Alüminyum Giydirme Cephe Sistemleri İçinde Panel Sistemlerin Yerinin İncelenmesi

Abstract

Bu çalışmanın ana konusu, dünyada ve ülkemizde özellikle yüksek binalarda yaygın olarak kullanım alanı bulan alüminyum giydirme cephe sistemlerinden beklenen performans isteklerinin belirlenmesi ve bu istekler ışığında, giydirme cephe sistemlerinin karşılaştırmalı olarak incelenmesidir. Bu alanda geliştirilmiş olan en son teknoloji olan giydirme cephe panel sistemler ise ülkemizde son yıllarda hızla artan uygulamaları nedeniyle ağırlıklı olarak incelenmiş ve metal giydirme cephe sistemlerinin ana bileşenleri olan alüminyum ve camın malzeme özellikleri aktarılmıştır. Aynı zamanda alüminyum giydirme cephe sistemlerinden beklenen performans istekleri, sistemlerin dış etkenler altında göstermeleri gereken davranış özellikleri detaylı olarak aktarılmış ve giydirme cephe sistemleri sınıflandırılmış ve panel sistemler ağırlıklı olarak, sismik performansı da dahil olmak üzere incelenmiştir. Son bölümde ise tüm alüminyum giydirme cephe sistemleri, daha önceki bölümlerde aktarılan özellikler açısından karşılaştırılarak ortaya çıkan sonuçlar aktarılmıştır.

The main subject of this study is to determine the performance criteria expected from the curtain wall systems and to review different curtain wall systems according to these criteria. Aluminum curtain wall panel systems are reviewed in more detail because of being the last technology developed and is used in many buildings in our country during the last years. Also the material features of aluminum and glass (the main components of the curtain wall systems) are reviewed. The performance criteria expected from the curtain wall systems, and the behavior that the curtain wall systems show under outer atmospherical and environmental effects are explained. In the fifth part of the study, the aluminum curtain wall systems are classified and the general characteristic of the panel systems are explained. The physical properties and the design, production and installation phases of the aluminum curtain wall panel systems are explained in detail. As the conclusion, the seismic behavior and the design criteria for aluminum curtain wall systems under seismic effects are reviewed and the curtain wall systems are compared according to their physical performance and other features.
