Rusya’da Çalışan Bir Türk İnşaat Firmasının Cmaa’ya Göre Organizasyonel Değişiminin Modellenmesi Ve Gelişiminin İzlenerek Değerlendirilmesi

Abstract

Bu çalışmada Rusya’da taahhüt işleri üstlenen ve merkezi Türkiye’de olan bir Türk inşaat firmasına uluslar arası standartlarda proje yönetim sisteminin kurulması faaliyetleri için bir model önerisi sunulmuştur. Model önerisi yazarın çalışmakta olduğu bu firmada uygulanmış, değerlendirme ve sonuçları bu çalışmada verilmiştir. Çalışmada önce proje yönetim sistemleri için literatür araştırması yapılmıştır. Daha sonra, model önerisi öncesi firmadaki mevcut durumun analizi yapılmış, firma üst yönetimin ve çeşitli departman çalışanlarının sistemden beklentileri saptanmıştır. İlgili literatür çalışmaları ve mevcut durum analizinin ışığında uygun bir model geliştirilmiştir. Geliştirilen model ile ilgili firmadaki kuruluş faaliyetleri açıklanmıştır. Örnek bir proje üzerinden proje yönetim uygulamaları anlatılmış, bu uygulamalar sırasında karşılaşılan sorunlar, geliştirilen çözümler ve değerlendirmeler sunulmuştur.In this study, a model is proposed for a Turkish International Construction Company whose head office is located in Turkey and who undertakes projects in Russia, to establish a project management system. Proposed model has been established in the company where the author works, evaluations and results have also been presented in this study. In the study, bibliography research has been carried out first. Furthermore, current situation of the company before proposing the model has been analyzed, the expectations of both upper management and employees of different departments from the project management system have been determined. With respect to results of bibliography research and output of current situation analysis, a suitable model is developed. The establishing activities in the company regarding the proposed model are described in the study. The project management activities have been explained along the progress of existing project; also, during the practice, probable problems, methods of their solution and evaluations have been presented.
