| tr_TR |
dc.description.abstract | In this thesis, we investigate six different methods of estimating average reservoir pressure. These six methods concern either middle, late time region methods using buildup pressure responses and the newly introduced drawdown method. Analytical equations for each method and explanations to apply every technique are clearly provided. Using these methods, we consider four different example applications with changing parameters of short and long shut-in times and comparison to varied drainage area geometry to see the effects. Average reservoir pressure is a tool to calculate oil in place and other significant parameters to predict future recovery prospects of oil reservoir, therefore it is the aim to justify proper method of average pressure estimation to make use in reservoir engineering discipline. | en_US |
