Sarıyer Yenimahalle Ve Merkez Mahallesi’nde Kentsel Sit Alanı Koruma Projesi

Abstract

Sarıyer Yenimahalle ve Merkez Mahallelerinin sınırları içinde yer alan tarihi kent merkezinin, korunması ve canlandırılması amacıyla gerçekleştirilen bu tez çalışması, tarihsel araştırma, tespitler, analizler, sokak cephelerinin mevcut durum çizimleri ve öneri projelerini içermektedir. Gerçekleştirilen çalışmanın amacı, kapsamı ve yöntemini açıklayan ilk bölümün ardından, seçilen bölgenin ve yakın çevresinin tarihsel gelişimi, ikinci bölüme konu olmuştur. Çalışma alanının detaylı anlatımı üçüncü bölümde gerçekleşmiştir. Bu bağlamda, alanın sınırları, bölgede bulunan önemli yapılar tanıtılmış, bölgede incelenen yapılara ait analiz çalışmaları yorumlanmıştır. Bugüne kadarki süreçte ortaya çıkan koruma kararlarının ve alınması gerekli görülen yasal önlemlerin değerlendirilmesi dördüncü bölümde gerçekleştirilmiştir. Beşinci bölüm, daha önce gerçekleştirilen bütün araştırma ve analiz çalışmalarının ışığında, alan ve yapı ölçeğinde geliştirilen müdahale önerilerini içermektedir. Son bölüm, çalışmanın genel değerlendirmesini içermektedir. Bu bölümde tarihsel merkezinkorunması yolunda alınması gereken ilke kararları ve beklentiler dile getirilmiştir.

This dissertation, which is studied to protect and resuscitate the historical city center located on Sarıyer Yenimahalle and Merkez Mahallesi, includes historical research, identification analysis, current situation drawings and proposal projects. After the first chapter which explains the objective, the comprehension and the method of the dissertation, the second chapter was started. In the second chapter; historical development of the selected region and its neighborhood were discussed. In the third chapter; the area of the dissertation was described in details. The boundaries of the area and the important structures in the region are introduced, the analysis studies of the assessed structures in the region were expounded in this chapter. The conservation decisions that were taken by government and the local authorities until today and the necessary measures were evaluated in the fourth chapter. In the fifth chapter; in light of all the past research and analysis studies, the intervention recommendations that are developed in the scale of the area and the structure were included. The final chapter includes the general assessment of the study. In this section, the basis decisions that must be taken and the expectations were expressed.
