İstanbul Da Dışa Kapalı Konut Sitelerinin Tasarımında Güvenlik Konusunun İrdelenmesi

Abstract

Bu çalışmada, İstanbul’da 1980 sonrası gelişen ve üst gelir grubuna hitap eden dışa kapalı konut sitelerinin tasarımında güvenlik konusunun etkileri incelenmeye çalışılmıştır. Dışa kapalı konut siteleri ile ilgili konut, güvenlik ve dışa kapalı site kavramları irdelenmiş, özellikler açıklanmaya çalışılmıştır. Bu kavramlar ışığında dışa kapalı site projelerinin dünyadaki örnekleri incelenmiştir. Güvenlik konusu dünyanın her yerinde temel nedenlerden biridir. Daha sonra İstanbul’da dışa kapalı sitelerin 1980 sonrasında gelişimi ve kent içindeki yerleri incelenmiştir. Merkez ve çeperlerden seçilen örneklerin vaziyet ve kat planları incelenmiş, özellikle konut iç ve dış mekan organizasyonu ile site içi ve dışı fiziksel mekan ilişkileri irdelenmiştir. Güvenlik konusunun sadece kapalı site tasarımında değil, tüm konut alanları tasarımında önemli bir etken olduğu düşünülmektedir.

In this study, the effects of security on the design of gated communities in İstanbul which had developed after 1980 were examined. The concepts of security, house, gates and the properties of residential developments closed to outside and center were explained. Security and crime prevention through environmental design is an important subject in all of the world. The gated communities in İstanbul are generally in the center or near the city and the develope process of them form 1980 to today had been explained. Also the relationships between environment and gated communities, house and outside of the house in the gated communities were shown by the plans. As a conclusion, security is an important subject which must be thought in the design process of residential areas and gated communities.
