Türkiye’de Az Katlı Konutlarda Prefabrikasyon Olanakları Araştırması

Abstract

Gelişmekte olan ülkelerde yoğun nüfus artışıyla birlikte , hızlı kentleşmenin yaşandığı bilinmektedir. Türkiye de son 40 yıllık dönemde kentsel nüfus artışı yaşanmaktadır. Kentsel nüfus beş katına çıkmış, ülke nüfusunun yarısına ulaşmıştır. Bugün kentsel alanlarda karşı karşıya kaldığı konut sorunu büyük boyutlara ulaşmıştır. Bunun sonucu olarak , daha ileri yapım teknikleri ve kullanılarak konut sorunu çözülmeye çalışılmıştır. Bu kullanılan teknolojilerden biri de prefabrikasyondur. Bu çalışmada Türkiye de az katlı konut gereksinimi ve konut sorununu çözmede yardımcı olabilecek az katlı prefabrike konut sistemleri anlatılmıştır. Birinci bölümde, Türkiye deki konut sorununa kısaca değinildikten sonra , bu sorun için Cumhuriyet döneminde ne tür politikalar geliştirildiği ve Türkiye de binanın endüstrileşmesinin gelişimi anlatılmıştır. İkinci bölümde, az katlı konutun tanımı yapılmış ve tezdeki kapsamı işlenmiştir. Üçüncü bölümde , istatistiksel veriler ve şemalardan yararlanılarak dünyada az katlı konut araştırması yapılmış ve bu araştırmalar doğrultusunda dünyada az katlı konut alanında talep yaygınlık durumu ortaya konmuştur. Daha sonra da Türkiye deki az katlı konut oranları ve az katlı konut ihtiyacı araştırılmış ve bu ihtiyacın prefabrikasyonla karşılanabilirliği irdelenmiştir. Dördüncü bölümde ,az katlı konut sınıflamaları yapılarak Türkiye ve Avrupa daki az katlı konutlarda bu güne kadar uygulanmış ve halen uygulanmakta olan prefabrike yapım sistemleri incelenmiştir. Beşinci ve son bölümde daha evvelki bölümlerde yer alan incelemeler sonucunda varılan sonuçlar ve çözüm önerileri sunulmuştur.

It has been known that urbanization has been developing rapidly due to intense population increase in the developing countries. The urban population increase in Turkey has been occurred in the period of last 40 years. It has been increased at least fivefold during this time and reached nearly half of the total country population. Today, the housing problem in the cities is a big issue and growing bigger. As a result of this, the housing problem has been tried to be solved by using further developed construction techniques. Prefabrication is one of the technologies used for this purpose. In this study, prefabricated housing systems with few storeys has been explained in details, which can help to solve few storey housing problem and housing needs in Turkey. In the fist part, the housing problem in Turkey has been discussed in short and the policies developed in the Republic period with regard to this problem and the building industrialization evolution stages have been explained. The few storey housing model has been defined in the second part and its scope within this study has been explained. In the third part of this thesis, the research on few storey housing system in the world has been made by using statistical data and schemes and in the light of this research, the worldwide demand situation on few storey housing has been observed. It has been examined afterwards if there is need for the few storey housing system in Turkey by giving the ratios and if these needs can be met by prefabrication. In the fourth part, the prefabric construction systems applied in the few storey housing in Turkey and Europe so far and still have been analysed by classifying the housing models with few storeys. In the fifth and last part, the studies in connection with the aforementioned parts have been come to conclusion and solutions have been suggested.
