Proje Yönetim İlkeleri Çerçevesinde Kurum Kimliği Ve Şube Konsepti Projesi

Abstract

Bu çalışmada, bir kurumun yeniden yapılanma süreci içerisinde başlatmış olduğu Kurum Kimliği/Şube Dizaynı Projesi için oluşturulmuş olan Proje Yönetimi Modelinin çalışma prensipleri incelenmiştir. Proje, konusunda uluslararsı tecrübeye sahip yabancı bir Kimlik Danışmanı firma ile beraber yürütülmüştür. Çalışmada kurumun söz konusu projeye ihtiyaç duymasının sebepleri ve Proje Takımının organizasyon yapısı, Sözleşme Yönetimi, Maliyet Yönetimi, Zaman Yönetimi ve İş Programı açılarından yaklaşım yöntemi incelenmektedir. Uygulama test ortamlarında üç ay süre ile denenerek başarılı sonuç alındığı gözlemlenmiştir

In thıs study, principles of the Project Management Model built for the Corporate Identity and Branch Design Project of a company that aims to re-organise. Project has been held by the assistance of a foreign "iIentity Consultant" which has international experience. The study analyses the reasons of the need for the Project and the Organisational Structure, Contract Administration, Cost Management, Time Management, Time Management and Workplan approach of the Project Team. Affirmative results of the application has been observed during the trial period of three months at the test sites.
