| dc.description.abstract | Bu çalıŞmada, bir imalat sistemi modeli üzerinde mevcut sistemden Tam Zamanında Üretim Sistemi (TZÜS)'ne geçiŞ simülasyon ile incelenmiŞtir. Mevcut üretim sistemi ve TZÜS, SIMAN kullanılarak simüle edilmiŞtir. Mevcut üretim sistemi ve TZÜS'ni karŞılaŞtırmak amacıyla dört farklı performans ölçütü belirlenmiŞtir. Bunlar, akıŞ zamanı, sistemden ayrılan toplam parça sayısı, kuyruk uzunlukları ve makina kullanımlarıdır. SIMAN simülasyon sonuçları değerlendirildiğinde, TZÜS'inden elde edilen sonuçların daha iyi olduğu görülmüştür | tr_TR |
| dc.description.abstract | In this study, on a manufacturing system model, converting to Just-in-Time (JIT) Production System has been examined by using simulation. The actual production and the new JIT production system have been simulated by SIMAN. To compare the actual production system, four different performance criterias have been determined. These are the flow time, the number of parts which leave the system, the queue length and the machine utilization. When SIMAN results have been evoluated, it has appeared that the values of JIT production system are better than the actual production system. | en_US |
