Burdur Murtazaaliler Evi Selamlık Bölümü Restorasyon Projesi

Abstract

Bu çalışmada tarih öncesinden günümüze kadar birçok uygarlıkların merkezi olmuş, farklı etnik ve kültürel grupları barındıran bir merkez haline gelmiş illerimizden biri olan Burdur ili için önemli bir geçmişi olduğu tahmin edilen bir yapının belgeleme amacı ile çalışılmasına karar verilmiş ve Murtazaaliler Evi’nin selamlık bölümü tez konusu olarak seçilmiştir. Çalışma kapsamında ilk olarak Burdur ilinin tarihsel ve fiziksel gelişimi ile ilgili ulaşılabilen bütün yayınlar, belgeler ve arşivler araştırılmış, bulunan bütün veriler düzenlenmiştir. Harem ve selamlık olmak üzere bir avlu etrafında konumlanmış iki ayrı yapı grubundan oluşan Murtazaaliler Evi, dış sofalı Türk evi plan tipine sahiptir. İçinde çeşitli alçı işi bezemesel öğeler barındırmakta, taş ve ahşap işçiliğinin çeşitli örneklerini sergilemektedir. Yapının belgeleme ve restorasyon uygulaması amaçlı, 1/50 ölçekli, detaylı rölövesi çıkarılmıştır. İncelenmesi gerekli detaylar 1/1, 1/5, 1/10 gibi ölçeklerde çizilecek, yazı ve fotoğraflarla bu çizimler desteklenmiştir. Kronolojik analiz ve hasar tespitlerinin yapılmasından sonra, elde edilen veriler en doğru şekilde değerlendirilerek, yapının korunmasına ve gelecek kuşaklara en iyi şekilde aktarılmasına yönelik, yine 1/50 ölçekli restitüsyon ve restorasyon ve yeniden kullanım projelerinin hazırlanmasına çalışılmıştır.

The city of Burdur has served as a centre for several different civilizations and ethnic and cultural groups since the prehistoric times. In this study, the selamlık section of the Murtazaaliler House, which is probably one of the most important examples of traditional Turkish civil architecture in Burdur, was chosen as a subject. The study has first concentrated on a research of all the available documents, publications and archive material on the historical and morphological development of the city, and the data obtained was organized and analyzed. The Murtazaaliler House consists of two separate sections, the harem and the selamlık, which are located around a single courtyard. It fits the traditional Turkish house plan type, which has an exterior semi-open common space (sofa). Interior wall and ceiling surfaces are decorated with original stuccowork, including original carpentry such as the cupboard shutters and original stone masonry. This thesis also includes a detailed analytical survey of the house at 1:50 scale, aimed at the production of a restoration project in the end. Architectural details have documented at 1:1, 1:5, 1:10 and 1:20 scale as appropriate and will be supported with photography and written descriptions. This will be followed by a chronological analysis and a documentation of structural deformations and material deterioration, the evaluation of the data obtained from which will lead first to a restitution and then a restoration and re-use project also at 1:50 scale, aimed at the conservation of this unique example of traditional Turkish civil architecture.
