İnşaat Firmalarında Satınalma Yönetimi Ve Kurumsal Kaynak Planlaması (erp) Tabanlı Bir Satınalma Yönetim Modeli Önerisi

Abstract

Bu çalışmada, inşaat firmalarında satınalma yönetimine değinilmiş ve kurumsal kaynak planlaması (ERP) tabanlı bir satınalma yönetim modeli önerisi geliştirilmiştir. Proje yönetimi ana başlığı altında onun bir fonksiyonu olarak satınalma yönetimi işlenmiş, satınalma yönetiminin inşaat sektöründeki yeri ve önemine değinilmiş, ISO 9001:2000 kalite yönetim sistemi prosedürlerine uygun olarak geliştirilmiş bir örnek firma satınalma yönetim sisteminden bahsedilmiş ve bu sistemin kurumsal kaynak planlaması (ERP) mantığı ve bilgi teknolojileri yardımı ile idealize edilmesine yönelik bir model önerisinde bulunulmuştur. Sonuçlarda ise, önerilen sistemin, mevcut sistem ve mevcut sistemden önce kullanılan yöntem açısından karşılaştırmalı faydaları tartışılmıştır.In this study, purchasing management in construction companies is mentioned and a suggestion of purchasing management model based on enterprise resource planning (ERP) is developed. First of all, the purchasing management as a function of the project management is explained, and than the purchasing management in construction industry is subjected, after that, a purchasing model based on ISO 9001:2000 quality management procedures used in a sample company is described, nevertheless, a purchasing management model based on enterprise resource planning (ERP) and association of information technologies is recommended. In conclusion, the comparison between ERP based model with existing ISO based model and before used ISO model are discussed about their utilities.
