| tr_TR |
dc.description.abstract | In this study, formation of the granitoids and mineralizations in the geotraverse between Yusufeli and Arhavi (Artvin) has been investigated. Granitoids have been occurred in a volcanic arc of the epizon as magma derived I-type. The mineralizations have been formed depending on volcanism and plutonism. The mineralizations related to volcanism are of volcano-sedimentary type while the mineralizations formed as a result of plutonism are of porphyry Cu-Mo, skarn type and hidrotermal vein type. Magmatism, sedimentation, mineralization, tectonism and metamorphism have been interpreted together. Considering the distribution of the magmatism in time and field, it was figured out that the loss polarity in Lias is towards the South, and compressional activity has been effective in south zone in Early Cretaceous, Bimodal volcanism has formed by the extension in Late Cretaceous and the continent has been formed. In Late Cretaceous, thickening of the earth crust at north has been much higher compared with south zone. Since the crust begun to rise during Paleocene, the loss polarity must have been in Post Paleocene towards the south. | en_US |
