Optimal Tedarik Zinciri Yönetimi Stratejisinin Belirlenmesi: Kavramsal Bir Yaklaşım

Abstract

Tedarik zinciri yönetiminin amaç ve faaliyetleri iş başarısına optimal katkıyı sağlayacak şekilde düzenlenmelidir. Bu da firmaların stratejik önceliklerini tedarik zinciri yönetimi amaçlarına ve operasyonlarına sistematik olarak uyarlanması ile mümkün olabilir. Bu çalışmada, müşteri ihtiyaçlarına göre değişiklik gösteren farklı tedarik zinciri süreçleri için spesifik tedarik zinciri kararları ile faydalı araç ve tekniklerin detaylandırılması amaçlanmıştır. Bu sebeple, pazar gereksinimlerini rekabetçi yetenekler vasıtasıyla karşılamayı hedefleyen kavramsal bir çerçeve sunulmuştur. Uygun tedarik zinciri stratejisinin oluşturulması veya revize edilmesinde talep ve tedarik zinciri özelliklerinin göz önünde bulundurulması faydalı bir bakış açısı olabilir. Bu doğrultuda, imalat firmalarının ürün portföylerini kategorize etmeleri için beş kriter seçilmiş ve bunların her kombinasyonu için bir tedarik zinciri yönetimi strateji önerisi getirilmiştir.

The objectives and activities of supply chain management can be directed towards making an optimal contribution to business success with full realization of supply chain management potentials. This can be possible by systematically translating the strategic priorities of the company into supply chain management objectives and then implementing them in operations, in other words, by using the right supply chain strategy for each particular supply chain. In this study, it is aimed to detail the specific supply chain tools and techniques, as well as decisions which are required to service each supply chain process distinguished according to customer needs. A conceptual framework is built for supply chains in order to meet marketplace requirements through competitive capabilities. The strategies given based on the aspects of demand and supply may be a beneficial guidance for managers while devising/revising the right supply chain strategy. Hence, five criteria are selected to categorise product portfolio of manufacturing firms and supply chain management strategy proposals are given according to the combinations of those criteria.
