Dış Cephede Kullanılan Yüksek Basınçta Sıkıştırılmış Dekoratif Laminat Levhaların Durabilitesi

Abstract

Bu çalışmada, dış cephede kullanılan yüksek basınçta sıkıştırılmış dekoratif laminat levhaların (HPL) durabilitesi deneysel çalışmalar ile incelenmiştir. Öncelikle çalışmanın amaç ve kapsamı açıklanmıştır. İkinci bölümde yüksek basınçta sıkıştırılmış dekoratif laminatın tanımı, tarihçesi, onu oluşturan malzemeler, üretim süreci ve montaj sistemleri anlatılmıştır. Üçüncü bölümde çevresel etkileri, dördüncü bölümde özelliklerinin standartlara göre tayini anlatılmıştır. Beşinci bölümde HPL’nin durabilitesini etkileyen faktörler ile ilgili bilgiler verilmiştir. Tezin altıncı bölümü olan deneysel bölümde, yüksek basınçta sıkıştırılmış dekoratif laminat levha numuneleri ile yapılmış olan durabilite deneyleri anlatılmıştır. Yedinci bölümde yapılmış olan durabilite deneylerinin sonuçları değerlendirilmiştir. Çalışmanın son bölümünde elde edilen veriler literatür araştırmasına göre değerlendirilmiştir. Deney sonuçlarına göre dış cephede kullanılan yüksek basınçta sıkıştırılmış dekoratif laminatın durabilitesinin iyi olduğu söylenebilmektedir.In this study, the durability of exterior high pressure decorative laminate panels (HPL) is experimentally investigated. First part of this study is introduction. In the second part, the definition, history, the materials forming high pressure laminate, production process, assembly systems are explained. In the third part environmental effects and in the fourth part determination of the properties of high pressure laminate according to standards are described. In the fifth part of the study facts affecting the durability of exterior high pressure decorative laminate panels are mentioned. In the experimental part of the study, durability experiments were made of the samples of high pressure laminates. In the seventh part of the thesis datas from experimental works were considered. In the final part of the thesis obtained datas were evaluated according to literature study. The results obtained from the experiments reveals the durability of exterior high pressure decorative laminate panels is well.
