Akıllı Binaların Ve Tasarım Sorunlarının Tanıtılması

Abstract

Bu tez kapsamında; Akıllı binalar; yönetim,sistemler,strüktürler,servisler,ve ekonomi bağlamında ayrı ayrı irdelenmiştir.Akıllı bina kavramı ve onu oluşturan boyutların irdelenmesi ve çözümlenmesi sorunun parçacı bir yaklaşımla çözüme kavuşturulamayacağını ortaya koymuştur.Enerji verimliliği,konfor,en son bilgi teknolojisi gelişmelerinin kullanılabilmesinin mümkün olması; gelecekteki gereklilikler için adaptasyon kapasitesi bir binanın akıllılığından bahsedilirken değinilmesi gereken unsurlar olmuş, ancak entegrasyon bu temaların içinde en önemlisini oluşturmuştur.Bir binanın akıllılık ölçütünün sistem/yapı entegrasyonu,üretken ve verimli bir ortamı oluşturan özellikleri sağlamadaki başarısıyla ölçüldüğü unutulmamalıdır.Yine bu araştırmada akıllı bina tasarımında farklı bina tipolojilerine özgü olarak farklı tasarım sorunları da gündeme getirilmiştir.Bu açıdan yaklaşıldığında bir binadaki çevresel şartlar, kullanıcıların düşünceleri ve davranışları dikkate alınmadan makinalaştırılmamalıdır.Bu bağlamda akıllı yapı kavramının gerçek değeri irdelenmiş; akıllı binaların temel sorununun bu alt sistemlerin entegrasyon sorunsalı olduğu ve böylesi bütünleşik bir yapının tasarımından başlayan bir süreç olduğu sonucuna varılmıştır.

In this thesis; intelligent buildings have been analyzed by their different aspects, namely management, systems, structures and economy. As a result of this analysis of the concept of intelligent buildings and its dimensions, it can be observed. That the problem can t be solved by looking at it in parts. When talking building intelligence energy efficiency, comfort, adaptability to new technological innovations for future requirements and usage of most recent information technology are the main issues to be mentioned. But integration is the most important of these themes. It shouldn t be forgotten that the system & structure integration of a buildings’ intelligence features is measured by its ability to provide the characteristics of an efficient and productive environment. Again in this study, different design problems of different building types in intelligent building design have been mentioned. From this point view, the environmental conditions of a building shouldn t be engineered without considering the thoughts and behaviour of the occupants. In a frame consisting of these parts, the real value of the concept of intelligent building have been examined. In this study, it has been concluded that the main problem of the intelligent buildings is the integration of these subsystems and that the integration of the structure begins from the design stage.
