Özet
Bu çalışmada, ilk olarak 4-nitroftalonitrilin 3-merkaptopropanoik asit ve 4-merkaptobenzoik asit ile reaksiyonundan ftalonitril türevi yeni başlangıç maddeleri ve 4-hidroksibenzoik asit ile reaksiyonundan daha önce sentezlenmiş başlangıç maddesi elde edilmiştir. Daha sonra, bu başlangıç maddelerinin metal tuzları ve metalik Li ile siklotetramerizasyonundan sırasıyla metalli (M=Zn, Cu ve Co) ve metalsiz (M=2H) ftalosiyaninler elde edilmiştir. Sentezlenen bileşiklerin yapıları spektroskopik yöntemlerle karakterize edilmiştir. Elde edilen metalli ftalosiyaninlerin bazıları ile amonyaklı ortamda katyonik pamuk kumaşa boyamalar yapılmış ve boyalı kumaşlardan bazılarına yıkama ve su haslığı testleri yapılmıştır. Boyama verimliliği ve düzgünlüğü açısından, sübstitüente göre 4-merkaptobenzoik asit ve 4-hidroksibenzoik asitli ftalosiyaninlerin, metale göre ise Cu ve Co ftalosiyaninlerin en iyi sonucu verdiği görülmüştür. Yapılan haslık testleri de iyi sonuç vermiştir.
In this study, two novel phthalonitrile derivatives were firstly prepared starting from 4-nitrophthalonitrile: substitution of the nitro group with 3-mercaptopropionic acid and 4-mercaptobenzoic acid and another known phthalonitrile derivative was prepared through a reaction between 4-nitrophthalonitrile and 4-hydroxybenzoic acid. In the next part, cyclotetramerisation of these phthalonitrile derivatives in the presence of metal salts led to metallophthalocyanines (M= Zn, Cu and Co). Metal-free phthalocyanines were obtained from the cyclotetramerisation of phthalonitrile dervatives with metallic Li. The cationic cotton fabric was dyed with synthesized metallophthalocyanines in the presence of ammonia and washing and water fastness tests were applied to some dyed fabrics. As we compare the dyeing results according to substituents, we can say that dyeing effectiveness and homogeneity (levelness) of 4-mercaptobenzoic acid- and 4-hydroxybenzoic acid-substitued metallophthalocyanines are better than 3-mercaptopropanoic acid-substituted metallophthalocyanines. In terms of metal ions used, CuPc and CoPc gave better results than ZnPc. Besides, test results showed that the fastness are very good for metallophthalocyanines.
