Bağımsız Örneklem Testiyle Patent Kalite Kriterleri Değerlendirmesi: Beyaz Eşya Sektöründe Bir Uygulama

Abstract

Günümüzde firmaların artan fikri mülkiyeti içerisinde patentlerin ağırlığı gittikçe yükselmekte ve patentlerin değerlemesi önemli bir ihtiyaç olarak görülmektedir. Özellikle patentlerin nitel açıdan değerlemesi anlamına gelen patent kalitesi ile ilgili çalışmalara literatürde bir hayli az rastlanmakta ve ülkemizde de kayda değer bir örneği görülmemektedir. Buradan hareketle, bu çalışmada amaçlanan ülkemizde patent alanında başat bir rolü olan beyaz eşya sektörüne ait Avrupa Patentleri içinde 2005-2015 yılları arasında itiraza uğramış ve uğramamış patent tescillerinin patent kalite kriterleri bağlamında anlamlı bir fark oluşturup oluşturmadığını ortaya koymaktadır.

The weight of patents is rising day by day in the increasing intellectual property of companies and the valuation of patents is seen as an important need. In particular, studies on patent quality, which means qualitative valuation of patents, are quite rare in the literature and there is no significant example in our country. From this point of view, the aim of this study reveals whether the granted patents, which had a prominent role in the field of patents in the European patent belonging to the white goods sector between 2005 and 2015, made a significant difference in the context of the patent quality criteria.
