Bilgi Teknolojilerinin Tedarik Zinciri Yönetimi Üzerindeki Etkileri

Abstract

Bu çalışmada, tedarik zinciri kavraminin tanimi yapilmis ve tarihi gelisimi aciklanmistir. Tedarik zincirinin temellerini olusturan kavramlar inclenmistir. Tedarik zinciri yonetimine gunumuz dunyasindaki yaklasimlar ve kullanilan yaklasimlarin firmalar uzerindeki yarattigi rekabet gucu irdelenmistir. Tedarik zinciri yonetimine temel olusturan bilgi teknolojileri aciklanmistir. Tedarik zinciri yonetimi yazilimlarinin hangi amaclara hizmet ettigi ve ERP yazilimlariyla Tedarik zinciri yonetimi yazilimlari arasindaki entegrasyon ihtiyaclarine deginilmistir ve tedarik zinciri optimizasyonu yazilimlarinda kullanilan programlama metodlari ve yaklasimlar anlatilmistir. Bilgi teknolijilerindeki gelismelerin tedarik zinciri yonetimine getirdigi yeni yaklasimlardan olan “Tedarikçi Tarafından Yönetilen Envanter” ve “Tedarikçide Envanter Yönetimi” kavramlari ornek bir sirket uzerindeki uygulamalari ve bilgi teknolojilerinden nasil faydalanildigi detaylariyla incelenmistir. Bilgi teknolojilerinin, tedarik yonetiminde kullaniminin, firmalara ve tedarik zinciri taraflarina sagladigi faydalar ortaya koyulmaya calisilmistir.

In this study, the “Supply Chain Management” concept is defined and its historical evolution is described. Basics of Supply Chain Management is explained. The information technologies, which form the basis of supply chain management, is described. The objectives of supply chain management softwares and the integration requirements between supply chain management softwares and ERP softwares are explained along with the programming methods used in supply chain managment optimization softwares. In the execution section of this research, “vendor managed inventory” and “supplier managed inventory” concepts, which are introduced as the result of development in information technologies, are being described. In addition, the goals that are achieved by implementing these approaches within a FMCG (fast moving consumer goods) manufacturing company are described along with the IT(information technologies) solutions used for the implementations. Finally, the benefits achieved by all the partners of a supply chain for implementing information technology solutions in the management of supply chain are tried to be identified and emphisized.
