Özet
İğde (Elaeagnus Angustifolia) meyveleri elips şeklinde kırmızı-kahverengi olan bir ağaçtır. “Kuntze”, “Russian olive” iğdenin diğer adlarıdır. Elaeagnus Angustifolia (E.A.) Türkiye’nin bir çok yerinde yetişir. Bu meyve Elaegnus cinsindendir. Meyveleri kış aylarında iştah acıcı olarak yenir. Ateş düşürücü ve iltihap sökücü etkisi bilinmektedir. İğde hakkında yapılan çalışmalar sonucunda iğdenin kaynatılarak ele geçen sulu çözeltisinin suda çözünmeyen organik tuzları çözdüğü görülmüştür. İğde içerisindeki bileşenler araştırıldığında beta-karbolinler’in bu meyvede yoğun olarak bulunduğu tespit edilmiştir. Bu sebeple bu maddeler iğdeden ekstrakte edilmiştir ve bu maddelerin organik tuzları çözme gücü araştırılmıştır.
Oleaster (Elaeagnus Angustifolia) is a tree which has ellipse shaped red-brown fruits. “Kuntze”, “Russian olive” are the other names of oleaster. Elaeagnus Angustifolia (E.A.) is a plant that is found in a lot of places in Turkey. It is a kind of Elaeagnus. Its fruits is eaten as appetizing in winter time. İt is known as antipretic and antiinflamatuar. As a result of researches, it is seen that the watery solution of oleaster fruits solved the organic salts which is not soluble in the water. When the components of the oleaster fruits was searched, it was determined that beta-carbolines are found in oleaster in high percentage. Because of this reason, these compounds was extracted from oleaster and the effect of these compounds on solving organic salts was searched.
