| dc.description.abstract | Bu çalışmada yapı denetimi ve kalite kontrolü gereğince inşaat projesi ile ilgili taraflara düşen görevler ve sorumluluklar ortaya konmaya çalışılmıştır. Bu kapsamda teknik müşavirlik ve müşavirlik kavramları ve teknik müşavirlerin Türk inşaat sektöründeki konumu açıklanmış, yapıda kalite, kaliteyi etkileyen faktörler, uluslararası kodlar ve standartların inşaat sürecinde kullanımı ve kalite kontrolündeki sorumlular ve sorumluluklar ortaya konmuştur. Bunun devamında saha denetçisi olarak adlandırılan teknik müşavirin vasıfları, kullandığı denetim araçları olan raporlar ve denetim görevi içerisinde üstlendiği görev ve sorumluluklar anlatılmaya çalışılmıştır. BNI yayınevi tarafından yayınlanan ve saha denetçileri için örnek bir yardımcı kitap olan “Construction Inspection Manual” isimli kitap ele alınmış ve yapısı, içeriği ve kullanımı incelenmiştir. Yapı denetimi ve kalite kontrolü konularında Türkiye’deki eksiklikler ortaya konmuştur. | |
| dc.description.abstract | In this thesis it is aimed to define the responsibilities and the duties of the technical personnel, working in the building site, in the quality control and construction inspection. Under this circumstance, the concepts of “consulting and technical consulting” are defined, the condition of the technical consultants in the Turkish construction community is explained and the quality concept in construction, the factors that effect quality during construction process, the usage and importance of the international codes, standards and specifications in construction and construction quality system are disclosed. The qualifications of a site inspector, his/her duties and responsibilities in the site, the forms he/she checks within his/her task in the site are explained. “The Construction Inspection Manual” published by BNI publications is defined and inspected by means of its structure, concept and usage in the construction community. Above of all of these, it is tried to define the deficiencies of the Turkish construction community on the construction inspection and quality control facilities. | |
