Alanya’da Müftüoğlu Evi Restorasyon Projesi

Abstract

Bu çalışmada, Alanya Tophane Mahallesi’ndeki Müftüoğlu evi incelenerek, rölöve, restitüsyon, ve restorasyon projeleri hazırlanmıştır. Alanya geleneksel konut dokusunda önemli bir örnek olan yapı, 19.yyıl dönemine ait bodrum ile beraber üç kattan oluşur. Alandaki kot farkından ortaya çıkmış bodrum kat, iki mekandan, zemin katta üç bölümden oluşur. Birinci katta, hayat ile beraber dört oda, mutfak ve evin en özenilmiş mekanı olan çağnişir yer alır. Yapım tekniği olarak zemin kat; arası tuğla kırıklarıyla doldurularak örülmüş moloz taş örgülü, üst kat ise bağdadi tekniğindedir. Yapının önemli bir restitüsyon problemi olmamakla birlikte değişen kısımları için, eski fotoğraflar ve kaynaklar incelenerek restitüsyon projesi hazırlanmıştır. Restorasyon projesi de, yapının özgün konut işlevini sürdürmesi esas alınarak, konutun özgün mimari özelliklerini bozmadan uygulanabilecek biçimde hazırlanmıştır.In this study, Müftüoğlu Home at Alanya Tophane section had been analized and “present situation”,”restitutition” and restoration projects had been prepared. This home is an important sample of the traditional Alanya residences. It belongs to 19th century containing a basement and two flats. The basement which came out of the ground inclination at Alanya, contains two zones and entry floor has three zones. At the first floor there are four rooms including living room, kitchen and the most beatiful section of the home “çagnişir”is present. Construction technique used at the entry flat is rubble stone wall with cracked stone filler. At the first floor, the parts of the house facing to scenery are built with wooden carcase while other parts was constructed withe rubble stone coming from the ground floor. Although the building does not have a major problem of “restitution”, for the sections that are changed, old photographs and sources had been studied and a “restitution” project had been prepared. In the restoration project, the building is assumed to continue its residence function and original architectural features are tried to be protected.
