Abstract
Bu çalışmada, dokuma kumaşların mekanik ve kimyasal özelliklerinin kopma ve yırtılma mukavemeti üzerinde etikisi sunulmaktadır. Pamuklu dokuma kumaşın yapısal ve kimyasal özelliklerinin kopma mukavemeti üzerinde etkisi vurgulanmaktadır. Gramaj, iplik numaraları, çözgü ve atkı sıklığı, örgü, kopma ve yırtılma mukavemeti değerleri ölçülüp analiz edilmiştir. Kopma ve yırtılma mukavemeti değerlerinin trend analis grafikleri, yapısal özelliklerin ve kimyasal işlemlerin kopma ve yırtılma mukavemetini değiştiren faktörleri göstermektedir. Sonuçlar düşük gramajda yoğun zımpara, şardon işlemine tabi tutulmuş kumaşların risk taşıdığını göstermiştir. Mekanik apre, gramaj ve kimyasal boyama işlemi kumaşın kopma ve yıtılma mukavemetini değiştiren faktörler olarak sayılabilir.
In this paper the influence of some mechanical and chemical properties of woven fabrics on tensile strength and tear strength of woven fabrics is presented and importance of constructional properties and chemical properties of cotton woven fabrics in tensile stregth is stressed. Some basic mechanical properties, such as weight, yarn counts, warp and weft density, weave, tear strength and tensile strength were measured and analysed. Trend analyse diagrams in tensile strength and tear strength show the influence of constructional and chemical process on the strength of cotton woven fabric. The result indicated that fabrics with low weight and high mechanical treatment such as emerising, brushing has potential risks to resistance physical effects. Mechanical treatment, chemical process and weight can be count as dependent facts which change tensile and tear strength.
