Mimari Proje Uygulamalarında Karşılaşılan Sorunlar: Türkiye’deki Durumun İncelenmesi Ve Öneriler

Abstract

Bu çalışmada, Türkiye’de son yıllarda gerçekleştirilen orta ve büyük ölçekli projelerin uygulanmasında karşılan sorunları belirlemek ve bu sorunlara yönelik öneriler geliştirmek amaçlanmıştır. Yapılan literatür araştırması sonucunda, proje katılımcılarının uygulamalara etki eden rolleri tanımlanmış ve proje süreçlerinde uygulama sorunlarına sebep olan etkenler irdelenmiştir. Türkiye’deki durumun belirlenmesi için bir alan araştırması yapılmıştır. Alan araştırması sonucunda, mimari projelerin doğru ve değiştirilmeden uygulanması konusunda sorunlar yaşandığı ve bu sorunlara etkisi en fazla olan katılımcıların, yapımcılar ve mal sahipleri olduğu görülmüştür. Bu sorunları engellemek için proje katılımcılarının görevlerini yerine getirirken bazı konulara daha fazla önem vermesi ve bütün süreçlerde ortaklaşa çalışması gerektiği belirtilmiştir. Çalışmanın sonucunda, mimari projelerin doğru ve değiştirilmeden uygulanmasına yönelik proje katılımcılarına önerilerde bulunulmuştur.

The aim of this study is to define the problems on applications of middle and large-scale architectural projects taken place of recents years in Turkey and bring out recommendations in order to solve these problems. As a result of literature research, the tasks of project participants affecting the applications are defined, and the causes of the problems on applications during project processes are studied. On account of researching the situation in Turkey, a case study has been carried out in the thesis. According to the findings of the case study, it is pointed out that problems occur in applications of architectural projects and contractors and owners are the most affective participants in these problems. In order to solve these problems, in performing their tasks all project participants ought to give emphasize on certain objectives and work collaboratively in the entire project processes. At the end of the study, recommendations have been brought out for project participants about applications of architectural designs.
