Özet
Bu çalışmada İstanbul İli Bağcılar; Bahçelievler ve Bakırköy ilçeleri sınırları içerisinde bulunan Tavukçu Deresi’nin taşkın risk analizi yapılmıştır. Havza karakteristiğini ortaya çıkarabilmek için havzanın fiziki özellikleri ArcGIS programı yardımıyla incelenmiştir. ArcGIS programı Spatial Analyst modülü ile derenin tüm havzasının 3 boyutlu arazi modellemesi yapılarak Sayısal Yükseklik Modeli oluşturulmuştur. ArcGIS Hidrolik modülü ve ArcHydro modülü kullanılarak ana dere ve kolları için su toplama havzasının alanı belirlenmiştir ve doğal su mecrası şebekesi teşkil edilmiştir. Bu veriler kullanılarak; havzanın yağış-akış ilişkilerinin belirlenmesinde önemli bir rol oynayan havza morfometrik özellikleri incelenmiştir. Tavukçu Deresinin taşkın debisinin belirlenmesi çeşitli yöntemlerle incelenmiştir. Bu yöntemlerden İstanbul için kullanılması uygun görülen Rasyonel yöntem kullanılarak Tavukçu deresi taşkın debisi hesaplanmıştır. Derenin hidrodinamik modelinin oluşturulması için; HECRAS programı kullanılmıştır. HECGeoRAS’ta tavukçu deresine ait RAS geometri oluşturulmuş ve HECRAS’a aktarılmıştır. HECRAS’ta tavukçu deresinin alt havzalarının drenaj noktalarında 500 yıllık yağış tekerrür ve şiddetinde havzaya gelecek debiler kullanılarak; bu debilerin dere kesitindeki su hızları ve yükseklikleri hesaplanmıştır. Kritik noktalarda dere kesiti oluşacak yükselmelerine göre taşkın sınırları ve taşkın su kotu belirlenmiştir. Oluşturulan taşkın sınırları ArcGIS’e aktarılarak sayısal halihazır paftalarla ve uydu görüntüleriyle çakıştırılmıştır. Risk altında olan bölgeler tespit edilmiştir
In this study analysis was made in order to determine the flood risk of the Tavukçu creek which is situated inside the Bağcılar, Bahçelievler and Bakırköy town boundries . In order to quantify the characteristics of the area, the physical features was analysed by ArcGIS program. The 3D land analysis was made for the entire basin area whereby the ArcGIS program Spatial Module was used thus. ArcGIS Hydrolic Module and ArcHydro Module were used to determine the drainage area of the main creek and the branches and to compose the watercourse network. By using those datas, morphometric properties were examined in order to set the-rainfall –runoff relation accurately. Several methods was evaluated to determine the flow discharge of the Tavukçu Creek. Among these, the Rational method was thought to be the most applicable for İstanbul was used to estimate the flow discharge rate of the Tavukçu Creek. HECRAS program was used in order to form the hydrodinamic model of the creek. RAS geometry was created on HECGeoRAS and transferred to HECRAS. The velocity and the height of the flow on the creek cross section was estimated over the model formed by using HECRAS in which 500 year rain fall frequency and intensity data calculated on drainage point at the sub basin of the Tavukçu Creek. On several critical points, flood limits and the elevation was determined in case of the increase of the water level on the creek cross section. Flood limits determined then was transferred to ArcGIS and overlayed with maps and the satellite images. The zones under risk were determined.
