Özet
Bu çalışmada, insanın yaşamsal evrimi ile etkileşim içinde olan, kültür ve uygarlığın ulaştığı her noktada, geldiği her boyutta, içinde bulunulan mevcut imkan ve ihtiyaçlara göre anlam kazanan, şekillenen ve gelişen konut mutfağının günümüzde ulaştığı nokta incelenmektedir. Bu amaçla Türkiye’deki öndört ithal ve yerli hazır mutfak firması ile bir analiz çalışması yapılmış ve mutfak endüstrisinin ülkemizde ulaştığı yapı ve kullanıcıların mutfak ekipman ve bileşenlerinden beklentileri tespit edilmiştir. Güzel lezzetlerin izinde evin başka hiçbir mekanında görülmeyen hummalı bir faaliyete sahne olan mutfak, günümüzde; boyutlarından, baktığı yöne; konutun diğer mekanları ile olan yakınlığından, tesisatlarının diğer ıslak hacimlerin tesisatlarıyla ortak kullanımına; her türlü bileşeninin ölçülerine ve bu ölçülerin insanların antropometrik yapısına uyumuna; fonksiyonlarda ergonominin sağlanmasına kadar, planlama aşamasından başlayarak her türlü detayının titizlikle ele alındığı konutta yer alan en önemli bir mekan durumundadır.
The point reached today by the residential kitchen, which has an interaction with the vital evolution of the human being, has gained a meaning, shaped and developed according to existing opportunities and needs at every point to which culture and civilization reached and at each dimension it has survived, has been discussed under this study. Therefore, an analysis has been carried out with fourteen imported and domestic ready-made kitchen companies and the structure reached by the kitchen industry in our country and the expectations of the users from the components have been determined. While following the pleasant tastes, the kitchen being the setting for feverish activities, which can not be observed in another place of the house, today is the most important place of the residence, any kind of detail of which including the dimensions, direction, closeness to the other places of the residence, shared utilization of the installation systems, sizes of the components and their convenience with the anthropometrical physique of the human beings, achieving the ergonomics in the function, is being considered very carefully beginning from the planning stage.
