Döşeme Kaplama Malzemeleri İçin Geliştirilmiş Ürün Geliştirme Sürecinin Uygulanabilirliğinin Araştırılması

Abstract

Bu çalışmada, döşeme kaplama malzemeleri için geliştirilmiş ürün geliştirme sürecinin uygulanabilirliği anket yöntemi ile var olan şekliyle betimlenmeye çalışılmıştır. Döşeme kaplaması ürün geliştirme süreci; ürün geliştirme süreci ve firma organizasyonunun belirlenmesi, hedef özelliklerin konması, kavram oluşturulması, kavram seçimi, kavramın test edilmesi, final özelliklerin konması, detaylı tasarım yapılması, son testlerin yapılması, projenin tekrar gözden geçirilmesi, üretimin şekillendirilmesine başlanması, üretim eğitimlerinin yapılması, pilot üretim ve pazar testlerinin yapılması, son gözden geçirmelerin yapılması ve pazara sunum aşamalarından oluşmaktadır. Yapılan değerlendirmede, araştırmada yer alan seramik döşeme kaplaması firmalarının ürün geliştirme süreçlerinin birbirine benzediği ve mevcut süreci uygulama konusunda ciddi bir gayret içinde oldukları gözlenmiştir.In this study, practice possibilities of the product development process that was developed for floor covering materials are discussed by providing results of a survey. The product process of the companies involves; determination of product development process and organization, selection of types of the planning and project, forming mission statement and business plan, evaluating the project, identifying user needs, establishing target specifications, detailed design, final testing, evaluating the project again, starting to the formation of fabrication, production training, making raw material contacts, field researches, pilot production and market testing, final evaluations and distribution of the product to market phases. It is observed, that the product development processes of the ceramic companies are similar and the companies that participated in this research are diligent about practicing existing product development process.
