| dc.description.abstract | Bu çalışmada Hydromax programı yardımı ile römorkörlerde statik stabilite ve çekme halindeki stabilite analizleri yapılmıştır. İlk bölümde genel olarak römorkörler hakkında bilgi verilmiştir. İkinci bölümde stabilitenin genel esasları hakkında bilgi verilmiştir. Üçüncü bölümde Türk Loydu stabilite kurallarındaki römorkörlerle ilgili olan kısımlar verilmiştir. Dördüncü bölümde çekme römorkörlere ait, IMO’ya önerilen yeni kurallar ve onların mevcut kurallarla farkları anlatılmıştır. Son bölümde ise tablolar ve grafikler halinde römorkörün hidrostatik özellikleri ve stabilite hesaplamaları verilmiştir | |
| dc.description.abstract | This document presents background information on the principles for unified stability criteria and operational guidance for vessels engaged in anchor handling operations. In this workout, it has been carried out stability analysis of tugboats in case of intact stability and towing with the help of the computer programs (Maxsurf, Delftship, Freeship, Hydromax). In the first section, it has been given information about tugboats. In the second section, it has been given information about general principles of stability. In the third section, it has been given rules related tugboats in Turkish Lloyd stability rules. In the fourth section, it has been given new rules proposed to IMO related towing tugboats and it has been mentioned differences between new proposed rules and current regulations. In the last section, it has been given hydrostatic properties and stability calculations of a selected generic tugboat in tabular and graphical forms | |
