Hastanelerde Yalın Yönetim Sistemleri

Abstract

Bu çalışmada hastanelerde yalın üretim araçları kullanılarak sistem performansının iyileştirilebileceği vurgulanmıştır. İsrafları kolayca görmemizi sağlayan değer akışı haritalandırma, işlemlerin her zaman ve herkes tarafından aynı şekilde yapılmasını sağlayan iş standartlaştırma, çalışma ortamlarının düzenlenmesi yaklaşımı olan 5S ve hizmetin ve malzemelerin müşteri talebine uygun olarak çekilmesini sağlayan kanban sistemleri incelenmiştir. Özel bir hastanede dahiliye hastalarının sistem içindeki akışı değer haritasına aktarılmış, darboğazlar ve israf kaynakları belirlenerek önlemler alınmış ve gelecek durum haritası çizilerek bu hedefe ulaşmak için kaizen faaliyetleri planlanmıştır. Kaizen faaliyetleri çerçevesinde hastaların günlük çalışma süresi içinde düzgün dağılımını sağlamak için randevu sistemi kurulmuştur. Hasta ile ilgili bilgilerin kolay ve eksiksiz bir biçimde saklanmasını ve hasta ile ilgili bölümler arası iletişimi sağlayan hastane otomasyon sistemi kurulmuştur. Laboratuarda 5S uygulanarak aramalardan kaynaklanan israfların yok edilmesi hedeflenmiştir. Yapılan değerlendirme sonucu sunulan önerilerin uygulanması ile hastaların toplam sistemde kalış sürelerinin büyük ölçüde azaldığı görülmüştür.

In this study, importancy of using lean production tools in the hospital to improve the system performance was impressed. Mapping of value flow which helps to display wastages,standardization of business which helps to be done the businesses in the same style by everybody, 5S approach which helps to arrange the working place and Kanban System which helps to arrange the service and material according to customers’ demands. Flow of the internal patients of pay hospitals within the system is transfered to the value map, resources of wastages and bottleneck are defined and precautions are taken, map of expected target situation is drawn and Kaizen activities are planned for reaching that expected target. Appointment system was established for ideal distribution of the patients during the working time per day within Kaizen activities. Hospital Automation System was established to keep the patients’ information in an easy and fully way and also to provide communication between the departments related with patients. 5S is applied in the laboratory to remove wastages which arise from searching. According to the results of evaluation, waiting times of patients at the system is decreased significantly by implementing proposed activities.
