İstanbul’da Afet Yönetimi Ve Acil Ulaşım Yollarının Değerlendirmesi

Abstract

Bu çalışmada, İstanbul’da afet yönetimi ile ulaşım sisteminin, olası bir afet durumunda çalışması ile ilgili planlama yapılması ile dünyadaki afet yönetimi ve yapısına ilişkin diğer dünya örnekleri incelenmiştir. İstanbul’un afet sonrası ayakta kalabilmesinde en önemli etkenin ulaşım olduğundan yola çıkılarak, kentsel ulaşım sisteminin bu konu çerçevesinde irdelenmesi, İstanbul kenti için stratejik öneme sahip fonksiyonların olası bir afet sonrası etegrasyonunun sağlanması, İstanbul’da İBB ve JİCA tarafından belirlenen acil ulaşım yollarının; acil müdahale ve kurtarma çalışmalarının sağlıklı bir şekilde yapılabilmesi için değerlendirmesi yapılarak, mevcut durumun iyileştirilmesi için nelerin yapılması gerektiği belirlenmiştir.In this study, the transportation system of disaster management in Istanbul, In case of a possible disaster is planning with work-related disaster management in the world and other world samples examined.
