İç Mimarlık İçin Sürdürülebilir Bir Eğitim Programı Tasarımı Ve Geliştirme Modeli Önerisi

Abstract

Çalışmada, iç mimarlık eğitimi için sürdürülebilir bir eğitim programı hazırlanmasına temel teşkil edecek bir model geliştirilmiştir.Diğer eğitim programı yaklaşımları kaynaştırılarak geliştirilen bu eğitim program önerisinde öğrenciler, öğretim elemanları, çalışanlar, akademik çalışmalar, dersler, bina ve teknik donanım alt sistemleri ile birlikte eğitim programının parçalarını meydana getirmektedir. Ancak çevresel(tabiat ve sosyal) ve içsel (üniversite ve bölüm) sistemlerinin ve alt parçalarının etkilerinin incelenmesi ile, bölüm için misyon ve vizyonun belirlenmesi, eğitim programının parçalarının belirlenmesi, bu parçaların niceliksel ve niteliksel özelliklerinin belirlenmesi olanaklı olacaktır. Eğitim programı parçaları arasında iletişimin kurulması, bu sistem ve parçalarının kontrol ve performansının ölçülerek değerlendirilmesi, ve bunun sonucunda gerekli tavırların alınması önerileri, modeli meydana getirmektedir.

In this study a proposal for a sustainable curriculum design model is developed. Basing on educationists’, management scientists’ and system scientists’ approach, a composite model of curriculum development and design is developed. Grounding mainly on cybernetic systems design, in this model proposal, by analyzing internal and external systems, their subsystems and parts, the effects on the education program can be understood. Through these analyses the subsystems and their parts of the Interior Architecture education system understood thoroughly as well. Students, teaching faculty, staff, academic studies, courses, building and technical facilities constitute the main parts of education program. Understanding of parts of the interior architecture education program and providing communication and control among these parts, evaluation of performance and control of them and basing on these facts taking necessary precautions constitutes the model. A qualitative research made among participants of the curriculum system and hermeneutical research on universities’ curricula proves the model and the hypothesis, which mainly argues the education program must be understood as a system thus affected by natural, social, knowledge and professional systems. And curriculum must consist of management, education and control parts.
