Türkiye İnşaat Sektöründe Proje Yönetim Tabanlı Arazi Geliştirici Şirket Modeli Önerisi

Abstract

Bu çalışmada öncelikle, konu net bir şekilde ortaya konulduktan sonra Türkiye inşaat sektöründeki ana problem tespit edildi. Ana problem, diğer gelişmiş ülkelerdeki çok önemli olan proje yönetim ve arazi geliştirme süreçlerinin doğru bir şekilde kullanılamadığı olduğu görüldü. Dünyada ki gelişmeler, dünyanın en büyük inşaat şirketi olmak istiyorsanız, büyük projelere imza atmak zorunda olduğunuzu gösteriyor ve büyük bir projeyi tamamlamak istiyorsanız proje yönetiminin ve arazi geliştirmenin tüm süreçlerini uygulama zorunluluğu yaratıyor. Sonuç olarak, arazi geliştirme ve proje yönetim evrelerini kapsayan bir Genel Proje Yönetimi ile Genel Proje Yönetim esaslarına dayana bir şirket modelledik. Tez çalışmasının sonunda ise, modellerin sonuçlarını tartıştık.

Firstly the subject was determined clearly and then found the main problem in Turkiye’s construction sector in this study. The main problem of Turkiye’s construction sector is not be able to use land developing and project management which are very important for the other developed countries, correctly. The developments in the world indicate that in order to be big construction company, you must sign to the big projects and if you want to complete a big project, you must apply all the processes of project management and land developing. As a result, A General Project Management which covers processes of project management and land developing and a construction company organization which works based on General Project Management process are modeled for construction sector of Turkiye. In the end of the study, the conclusions of the models were discussed.
