Türk inşaat sektöründeki aktörlerin sınıflandırılmasına yönelik kavramsal çerçeve

Abstract

Bu çalışmada, Türk inşaat sektöründe yer alan aktörlerin çalışma prensiplerine göre bir sınıflandırma modeli oluşturulmuştur. Sınıflandırma modeli kurgulanırken sektörde var olan bu aktörlerin literatür tanımları belirlenmiş ve modele yerleştirilmiştir. Oluşturulan sınıflandırma modelinde her bir aktörün sektördeki diğer aktörler ile etkileşimlerine de yer verilmiştir. Ayrıca Türk inşaat sektöründe girişimci inşaatçılık tanımlaması yapılmış, modelde yerleştirilmiş ve etkileşimleri belirlenmiştir. Kurgulanan model bir anket çalışması ile denenmiş ve Türk inşaat sektörü aktörleri arasında bir sınıflandırma ölçeği uygulanabileceği görülmüştür. Anket çalışması uygulanırken aktörlerden faaliyetlerini tanımlamaları istenmiş ve elde edilen sonuçlar ile kurgulanan model karşılaştırılmıştır. Çıkan sonuçlara göre katılımcı firmaların girişimci inşaatçılık kavramını bu çalışmada tanımlandığı halinden farklı algıladıkları ve genel olarak belirttikleri faaliyet alanları dışında farklı alanlarda da hizmet verdikleri görülmüştür.

In this study classification model of the actors in Turkish construction industry is formed according to the principals of their works. Literature descriptions of the existent actors in the industry is determined and positioned in the model. All the interactions between the actors is also shown in the model formed. Besides entrepreneural construction activities are described, positioned and interactions are shown in the classification model. It is also applicated with an inquiry and seen that it is possible to form a classification scale for the actors in the Turkish construction actors. Activities of construction companies and self-classification informations has been researched by the helps of the inquiry which has been filled by the construction companies working in the sector. From the results of the inquiry, it has been seen that entrepreneural activities defined by companies are not overlapping the framed entrepreneurship notion and classification of activities of the participant companies are derived from the conceptual descriptions in the name of industrial competition.
