| dc.description.abstract | Bu çalışmada, toplu konut uygulamalarında, apartman plan tipolojilerinin 1944 yılından günümüze gelişimi incelenmiştir. Yapılan envanter çalışmasının örnekleri Türkiye Emlak Bankası ve Toplu Konut İdaresi’nin örneklerini kapsamaktadır. Apartman, apartmanlaşma ve toplu konut kavramlarının tarihsel gelişimleri ile ilgili bilgi verilmiş, ve tipoloji kavramı üzerinde durulmuştur. Envanter çalışmasında, toplu konut uygulamalarında apartman plan tipolojilerindeki değişim konut bloğu ölçeği ve konut birimi ölçeği olmak üzere iki ana başlık altında incelenmiştir. | tr_TR |
| dc.description.abstract | In this study, development of the multi-family housing block plan typologies in the mass housings from 1944 until today were examined in detail. The examples of the projects comprise of Türkiye Emlak Bankası and Toplu Konut İdaresi implementations. Some information about the historical evolution of multi-family housing block and mass housing concepts was given and the typology concept was argued. The development of multi-family housing block plan typologies in the mass housing was studied under two main headings as housing unit scale and block scale with the inventory survey. | en_US |
