Melasın Beton Katkı Maddesi Olarak Kullanılabilirliği Ve Betonun Durabilitesine Etkisi

Özet
Bu çalışmada normal akışkanlaştırıcı katkıların betonun durabilitesine etkisi incelenmiştir. Çalışmada, 2 adedi katkısız, 12 adedi katkılı olmak üzere toplam 14 tip beton üretilmiştir. Üretilen betonlarda, çimento dozajları 270 kg/m3 ve 320 kg/m3, katkı miktarları da çimento dozajının % 0,4’ü ve % 0,7’si oranlarında kullanılmıştır. Normal akışkanlaştırıcı katkı olarak, kalsiyum linyosülfonat esaslı ve melas esaslı katkılar kullanılmıştır. Maksimum dane çapı 16 mm olarak seçilen agrega kullanılarak üretilen her tip betondan 7x7x7 cm boyutlarında küp ve 7x7x28 cm boyutlarında prizma numuneler üretilmiştir. Küp numuneler üzerinde; basınç, ultrases hızı, ağırlık değişimi ve kılcal su emme deneyleri, prizma numuneler üzerinde ise; eğilme, ultrases hızı, ağırlık değişimi ve boy değişimi deneyleri yapılmıştır. Her beton tipine ait küp ve prizma numunelerden 2’şer adedi ağırlıkça % 10’luk sodyum sülfat çözeltisine, 2’şer adedi ise kirece doygun su içerisine konmuştur. Sodyum sülfat çözeltisi 15 günde bir yenilenmiştir. Bu çalışma sınırları içerisinde elde edilen sonuçlar incelendiğinde, melas ve kalsiyum linyosülfonat esaslı katkılarla üretilmiş betonların zararlı ortamdan olumsuz yönde etkilenmediği, basınç ve özellikle eğilme mukavemetlerinde artışlar olduğu ortaya çıkmıştır.
In this study; the effect of normal plasticizers on durability of concrete was investigated. During this study; 14 types was produced of concrete that 2 of them were with admixture and 12 of them were without admixture . In these concrete; dosages of the cement were 270 kg/m3 and 320 kg/m3, the admixtures ratios were used 0,4% and 0,7% of cement dosages. The admixtures based on calcium lignosulphonate and molasses were used as normal plasticizers. By using of selected aggregate which has maximum diameter of 16mm, cubic specimens of 7x7x7cm and prismatic specimens of 7x7x28 cm for all types of concrete were produced. Compressive strength, ultrasound velocity, weight variation and capillary water absorption tests for the cubic specimens and flexural strength, ultrasound velocity, weight variation and length variation tests for the prismatic specimens were done. Two specimens with cubic and prismatic shape from each type of concrete put into sodium sulphate solution which has 10% of concentration by weight and the others of two specimens put in to the water saturated with lime. Sodium sulphate solutions used for tests, were renewed in every 15 days. In this work, the concrete specimens produced by admixtures based on molasses and calcium lignosulphonate, were not damaged by sodium sulphate solutions and their compressive strength and particularly their flexural strength were increased.
