Özet
Bu çalışmada, çift merdaneli sürekli levha döküm yöntemi ile üretilmiş AA3003 alaşımı levhalarda Al5Ti1B tane küçültücü ilave miktarının ve farklı tavlama+soğuk haddeleme proseslerinin özelliklere etkisi incelenmiştir. Levhalara döküm esnasında sırasıyla %0,15, %0,30 ve %0,45 oranında Al5Ti1B tane küçültücü ilave edilmiştir. Levhalar döküm kalınlığında tane boyutu, merkez çizgi segregasyonu ve tanesel yönlenme özellikleri açısından optik ve stero mikroskop vasıtası ile, döküm yönüne paralel ve dik kesitlerde kalınlık boyunca incelenmiştir. %0,30 Al5Ti1B ilavesinin kullanılan diğer döküm parametreleri çerçevesinde optimum değer olduğu sonucuna varılmıştır. Çalışmanın 2. aşamasında ise levhalara farklı tav+soğuk haddeleme prosesleri uygulanarak 0,70mm kalınlığında H24 ve H14 temperlerinde levhalar elde edilmiştir. Bu levhalar çekme testi, erichsen çökertme testi ve 0 mm katlama açısı ile 180° katlama testine tabi tutulmuş ve mekanik özellikleri tespit edilmiştir. H14 temperinde yüksek sıcaklık tavı görmüş levhaların derin çekme ve gererek şekillendirme işlemi yapılacak uygulamalara, H24 temperindeki levhaların ise merdanelerle biçimlendirme yönteminin ve eğme-katlama işlemlerinin yoğun olarak kullanıldığı çatı, cephe kaplama malzemesi üretimine uygun olduğu sonucuna varılmıştır.
In this study the influence of; addition level of Al5Ti1B grain refiner and different annealing+cold rolling processes on the properties of AA3003 aluminum alloy sheet, produced by continuous twin roll sheet casting method was investigated. Addition levels of %0.15, %0.30, %0.45 Al5Ti1B grain refiner were made to twin roll cast aluminum AA3003 alloy sheets. The resultant sheets from this trials were investigated along the thickness on the longitidunal and the transversal axis to the casting direction. The investigations were made by means of optical and stero microscops and grain size, center line segregation, and grain orientation properties were investigated. It is been concluded that the %0,30 Al5Ti1B grain refiner addition level is the optimum addition level for twin roll cast AA3003 Alloy Sheets . In the second stage of the study, by means of different annealing+cold rolling processes, sheets with thickness of 0,70mm in H24 and H14 tempers were obtained. The mechanical properties of these sheets were evaluated by using tensile tests, Erichsen streching tests and 180°C zero radius bend tests. It’s been concluded that the sheets in H14 temper which have been treated with a hihg temperature anneling in the former steps of the process, are the appropriate material for deep drawing and strech forming applications. On the other hand, the sheets in H24 temper are the appropriate material for the construction industry in which the bending and roll forming processes are used intensively.
