Türksat 3usat Uydusu’nun Yapısal Tasarımı

Abstract

Günümüzün anahtar teknolojilerinden olan uydu teknolojisi, büyük bir hızla gelişmekte ve yeni uygulama alanları bulmaktadır. Büyük uyduların üretim sürecindeki zorluklar ve yüksek maliyetleri nedeniyle uzay görevlerinde küçük uyduların kullanımı giderek yaygınlaşmış ve küçük boyutlu uydular geniş bir kullanım alanı elde etmiştir. Uydu teknolojilerinin bu yöndeki ilerleyişi belirli standartlar çerçevesinde geliştirilmiş, olabildiğince kompakt ve modüler uydu yapılarının geliştirilmesine duyulan ihtiyacı arttırmıştır. Bu ihtiyacı karşılamak üzere, uydunun ana donanımlarını ve faydalı yükü taşımak ve alt sistemlerin bütünlüğünü sağlamak ile görevli olan uydu yapıları konusunda, düşük kütle ve yüksek dayanım kriterleri çerçevesinde Ar-Ge çalışmaları büyük önem taşımaktadır. Bu tez çalışmasında, TURKSAT 3USAT projesi yapı-mekanizmalar alt grubu olarak gerçekleştirilmiş olan çalışmalar ortaya konmaktadır. TURKSAT 3USAT projesi kapsamında üretilecek uydunun modellenip tasarlanma sürecine ve tasarım sonucu elde edilen yapının, yapısal tasarım analizleri ve testlerine değinilecektir. Bunun yanında, uydu yapısının hazır alınması durumunda, gerekli olacak analizlerin fırlatma araçları kriterleri kapsamında yapılma aşamaları ve sonuçları anlatılacak ve bu sonuçların test sonuçları ile kıyaslanması yapılacaktır.

Today s significant technology area, satellite technology, is developing at a great pace and finds new areas of application. Difficulties in the production process of large satellites and high costs cause small satellites to have become increasingly widespread in space missions and has gained a wide field of application. Satellite technology has developed in this direction gives rise to demand of satellite structure developed within the framework of certain standards of progress, as well as being compact and modular. To meet this requirement, R&D studies on structures tasked with carrying the main hardware and payload and ensuring the integrity of satellite subsystems in the frame of low-mass and high strength criteria have utmost importance. In this study, studies that have accomplished by Structure and Mechanisms sub-group working in the frame of TURKSAT 3USAT project are explained. Within the scope of the project, modeling and designing processes of the satellite structure, structural design analysis of the satellite will be discussed. In the case of using of-the-shell satellite structure, the structural analysis of the satellite for launch under the criteria of the launch vehicle, their results will be explained and comparison of these results with the results of the test will be made.
