Relativity of rales and relational responses

Abstract

The objective of this thesis to investigate two sets of relations regarding the construction sector. The first set is the relations between - the amount of expected profit of a given job - the non-monetary costs and gains of a given job - the probable frequency of a given job and the decision to accept or reject a given job. The second set is the relation between - the decision to accept or reject a given job - the cost of integration of a given job - the availability of subcontracting options, of the job in question and the employement of three levels of integration, which are - integration - sub-contracting to a quasi-firm - sub-contracting These relations are investigated by a research conducted on 24 different organiztional entities that work for the Kemer Country real estate development project.
