Özet
Bu çalışmada, iki farklı projede çok benzer özellikli tünel açma makineleri genel olarak karşılaştırılmıştır. Farklı jeolojik koşulların, tünel açma makinelerinin ilerleme hızı üzerindeki etkisi değerlendirilmiştir. Bununla birlikte, iki projedeki malzeme tüketim farklılıkları incelenmiştir. Farklı jeolojik koşulların, malzeme tüketimi üzerindeki etkisi iki proje karşılaştırıldığında açıkça görülmüştür. Kartaldaki projede, kaya kütle sınıflandırılmasının iki aynı tünel açma makinesi üzerindeki etkisi detaylı bir şekilde analiz edilmiştir. Tüm makine parametrelerinin birbirleri ile olan ilişkisi incelenip değerlendirilmiştir. Jeolojik koşulların makine parametreleri ve malzeme tüketimi üzerindeki etkisi gösterilmiştir.
In this study, tunnel boring machines having very similar specifications from two different projects were compared in general. The influence of different geological conditions on tunnel boring machine’s advance rate was evaluated. In addition the consumption difference of the consumables in the two projects were observed. The effect of different geological conditions on consumable consumption was seen obviously when the two projects were compared. The effect of rock quality designation to two identical tunnel boring machines for the project in Kartal was analyzed in detail. The relation of all machine parameters between each other were investigated and evaluated. The influence of geological conditions on machine parameters and consumable consumption was indicated.
